I am having multiple issues with BI Launchpad not displaying the options I think it should. I wanted to post this here before I created a ticket.
This is BI 4.0 sp3

Win 7
1. User or Admin I do not see the Preferences option
2. home screen does not show any option to my folders or reports
3. When I do get t to reports and I am prompted for parameters, There is no way to cancel or close it with an 'X'
4. The left menu shows like this instead of it being all opened up so that you can see all of its contents of 'Folders'
5. last issue is when I login via sso/WinAd it keeps logging in when refreshed. If I do login with another user via enterprise and then reload it will show the other users name but my permissions.
If anyone can help before I have to create a ticket, I would appreciate it.
