Migration from CE10 to BO XI R2

Hi All,

We are migrating from CE10 to BO 4.0 via CE10->BO XI R2 SP2->BO 4.0.

While migrating objects from CE10 to BO XI R2 I'm able to import all the content except users and groups.When I select the checkbox 'import users and user groups' I get a transport error. Find the screenshot attached.I can migrate all the other objects like folders,reports,instances,server groups etc.

I ensured that all the requestports on source for cms,IFRS and OFRS are hard coded.

Can somebody who did similar migration help me here?
