Getting WIS_30257 Error when editing Variables in WebI

Experts,

   I am having a strage issue when our users try to create &/or edit variables in WebI, WIS_30257 Error.  I don't things this is WebI related because I have tried using:

• Admin Account
• Rich-Client

We recently upgraded from BI 4.0 w/ SP4 to SP9, so I can't confirm it is even SP related.  Please help
