LCMBIAR delete issues after upgrading to BI 4.0 SP6

To All,

   I am having some issues with the Promotion Manager jobs not being deleted from the FRS InBox folder.  Prior to upgrading from BI 4.0 SP3 to SP6 all was working properly but now with SP6 I have new issue.

I should not have to delete the LCMBIAR files manually from the InBox, please hellp.

• Is this a BUG, if so what ADAP &/or patch fixes this issue
• Is there something I am missing?
