Hi All,
When I modifed the installation to get the SAP plugin to our DEV environment. I chose the modify from installer and chose only the SAP options, and given the CMS password. The installation started and shown finished.
In our Authentications, the SAP plug in not appearing so did the installation modification to get SAP plug in.
After reboot the server when I check, there is no CMS/SIA running in the server. Seems the BO installation files got removed.
This instructions given by customer to install only SAP plug in by choosing modify installation.
Why this happend and how to restore the actual installation.What are the steps needed.
The environment is BO4.1 SP01 patch1 in Windows 2008 server R2.
I have taken the Filestore backup before I start and DB team taken CMS DB and Audit DB backup.
Please let me know if any details required.
