Backup everything from BO XI 3.1 SP2

Hi

We are planning for following upgrade

BO XI 3.1 SP2 to BOXI 4.0

For that we are going to use a completely different server for Prod

For prod we have the option to use UMT via ciommand line and upgrade the new server

But we dont want to directly upgrade prod

For that purpose we wante dto test it on UAT environment first

Now what i want is

1) Fresh install BO 4.0 on UAT environment

2) Get all the prod data to this UAT environment and test it

If works then go for Prod up-gradation

How do i take all the backup i read that we need to create a BIAR file

But i exactly dont know the query part which i need to specify

Will this be enough
