Crystal Reports Error CRWEB00000119

Hi,

We are running BOE 4.0 SP4 Patch 6 on the Windows platform.

While running a particular crystal report 2011, we get this below error:

The viewer could not process an event. Error in File contractor_and_schedule_spend_report:

Max processing time or Max records limit reached []

---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]

This only happens with one CR, and not with any others.

This runs successfully in CR 2011 client but not in BI Launchpad.

What could be causing this?
