BI4 SP5 Version Management Config for Web Cluster

I'm working with a client who has two web servers with a load balancer.  Users use a URL to the load balancer which then decides which web server to connect the user to.  With a little configuration for things like QaaWS, this works fine for most of the system.  However, when an admin user goes to the CMC through the load balancer and then clicks on "Version Management", they get a 404 Missing Page error.  When the go directly to one web server or the other, it works fine.  Is there additional configuration that needs to be updated to get this working through the load balancer?
