An error has occurred: Plugin Manager error: Unable to locate the requested plugin AppFoundation on the server. (FWB 00006)

Hi

When i login to BO InfoView I get the error

An error has occurred: Plugin Manager error: Unable to locate the requested plugin AppFoundation on the server. (FWB 00006)

I have just updated the BO from BO X1 3.1 SP 2 to SP4

What should i do  Should i go on an update it to SP6 (Which is my actual motive)
