We are facing terrible performance issues ONLY with the schedule transaction in BO 4.0 Sp 06 Patch5.
There are 6 nodes in a clustered- distributed environment on RHEL.
2 Running CMS , 4 running the processing servers.
APS and Webi processing servers on the processing nodes.
We have split the APS in to multiple instances as per best practices and allocated sufficient Java heap to each instance. (4G to 16 G depending on the service)
While doing performnace test, the test report takes almost 50 times the amount of time as that of the on demand refresh transaction.
Test report is simple and takes 1 second to refresh on demand, however takes more than 50 seconds to finish schedule.
Pleas help us getting to the bottom of this and resolve.
Any help is much appreciated.
