BO4 - Use of Inboxes and Filespace

Hi,

We have some users who are keen to use Inboxes to distribute documents to one another.

I am concerned at this from a space perspective in that one user could send 5 different usesrs a copy of report to their Inbox.

Is there a better way - e.g sending shortcut to Inbox and is it posisbel to enforec thi sso usesr can send a shortcut of report to Inbox rather than havibng ability to send actual report?
