Hi,
We are using BO XI R3.1 SP3 and i am seeing lot of report instances under personal folders which they are scheduled instances, can any one guide me in deleting all these instances under user personal folders.
As the number of users and their personal folders are huge it is not possible to visit every folder in CMC and manually delete them.
For instances i would like to know how to delete the unnecessary instances like only maintaining the instances for a specific period like older than 90 days.
I had specified the limits for folders but do not see a way for deletion of mass instances for all personal folders. Kindly advice if this is possible as the number of instance count is large.
