SSO between EP portal and BO is working ok
Problem:
After schedule webi instances it fail with the message unable to connect to sap BW, incomplete logon data.
Options:
We consult note 1798197 - Schedules fails with error "Database error: Unable to connect to SAP BW server Incomplete logon data.. (IES 10901)"
We implemented SNC between BO and BW, after that the error change to "Database error: Unable to connect SAP BW server, logon ticket SSO expired
but the problem still happens randomly...
We have a customer message with SAP.
¿ what else could we do ?
